I am happy to report that Graphic Enterprises has earned Konica Minolta Business Solutions’ Pro-Tech Service Award for the 25th consecutive year. It really is a testament to the hard work of our service team on behalf of our clients. The award is only earned by those Konica Minolta dealerships that demonstrate the highest commitment to customer support and satisfaction. The Pro-Tech Service Award represents Konica Minolta’s gold standard for service competency and proficiency.
We were pleased to host Konica Minolta representatives at Graphic Enterprises headquarters for an awards ceremony this past month. They not only recognized Graphic Enterprises for the 2013 Pro-Tech Service Award, but also for achieving this high level of service and recognition since the program’s inception 25 years ago. The receipt of this award marks our ongoing commitment to offering the best business practices in our marketplace and provides our customers with another great reason to count on Konica Minolta and Graphic Enterprises for all of their office solution needs.

Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech program requires that the Authorized Dealer’s Service Department meet strict requirements to ensure they are providing the best customer service and product support for Konica Minolta devices in the field. These requirements include:
- Maintaining proper technical and product training for their service technicians
- Utilizing the latest Konica Minolta service programs
- Working within the guidelines of Konica Minolta policies and procedures.
Additionally, Pro-Tech dealers must allow random inspections of their Konica Minolta products at customer locations as verification that products are well maintained, and that their customers are satisfied with the level of service and product support that the dealer is providing.
