Konica Minolta Presents Graphic Enterprises With Pro-Tech Service Award for 25th Consecutive Year

I am happy to report that Graphic Enterprises has earned Konica Minolta Business Solutions’ Pro-Tech Service Award for the 25th consecutive year. It really is a testament to the hard work of our service team on behalf of our clients. The award is only earned by those Konica Minolta dealerships that demonstrate the highest commitment to customer support and satisfaction. The Pro-Tech Service Award represents Konica Minolta’s gold standard for service competency and proficiency.

Graphic Enterprises Receives Pro-Tech Service Award

Graphic Enterprises Receives Pro-Tech Service Award

We were pleased to host Konica Minolta representatives at Graphic Enterprises headquarters for an awards ceremony this past month.  They not only recognized Graphic Enterprises for the 2013 Pro-Tech Service Award, but also for achieving this high level of service and recognition since the program’s inception 25 years ago. The receipt of this award marks our ongoing commitment to offering the best business practices in our marketplace and provides our customers with another great reason to count on Konica Minolta and Graphic Enterprises for all of their office solution needs.

I could not be more proud of our excellent service managers and team. Jim Lowder and Ed Brudzinski lead an amazing group of professionals that respond to customer service needs quickly, professionally, reliably and with maximum performance. Without the exceptional performance of these team members and managers, we would not have been able to achieve this high-level award each year.

Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech program requires that the Authorized Dealer’s Service Department meet strict requirements to ensure they are providing the best customer service and product support for Konica Minolta devices in the field. These requirements include:

  • Maintaining proper technical and product training for their service technicians
  • Utilizing the latest Konica Minolta service programs
  • Working within the guidelines of Konica Minolta policies and procedures.

Additionally, Pro-Tech dealers must allow random inspections of their Konica Minolta products at customer locations as verification that products are well maintained, and that their customers are satisfied with the level of service and product support that the dealer is providing.

Again, we are very proud of our dedicated and professional service managers and team. If you are a business owner in Canton, Akron, Youngstown or Western Pennsylvania, contact us to find out how our award-winning service team can help your business.

Banners for Our Troops at Brimfield Veteran’s Parade

Veterans Marching in the Brimfield Veteran's ParadeFive years ago, buses of U.S. Army Reserve troops drove past our building on their way to deployment. The men and women who serve, and have served, in our military make many personal sacrifices in their service to our country. We thought, “Wouldn’t it be nice, if we knew when they were being deployed, to stand out there and hold banners and flags so those troops knew they had our support?”

This was the birth of our Banners for Our Troops program. Through this program we have been able to print and provide more than 200 banners, at no charge, to military families welcoming their loved ones home from service.

Recently, we became aware of the Veteran’s Parade being planned by Brimfield Police Department’s well-known Chief David Oliver. Again, we thought what a perfect opportunity to show our support and love for those who have given up so much to serve our country.

Banners for Our Troops at the Brimfield Veteran's ParadeDenise Dennewitz, our marketing director, contacted Chief Oliver to see if they would be interested in passing out banners to the military families in attendance. The Chief was excited by the offer and the rest, as they say, is history.

Parade day was damp and rainy, but it didn’t stop 300 veterans and more than 1,000 spectators from attending. Members of the Graphic Enterprises team attended the parade and passed out more than 300 “Welcome Home” banners. It was a truly moving experience. An article about the parade in the Akron Beacon Journal mentions how many veterans of the Vietnam era did not receive warm welcomes when they returned home from service. Their inclusion in this parade allowed us to show our gratitude for their sacrifice so many years ago.

You can see more photos of the parade on the Brimfield Police Department’s Facebook page and read the comments of those who attended, including the post below. You may want to grab a tissue and plan on attending the parade next year! We’ll be there again, with banners in tow to recognize this area’s deserving military personnel.

Do you have a family member or neighbor returning home from military service? If so, visit our Banners for Our Troops information page and learn how you can welcome them home with a free banner from Graphic Enterprises.
